How do I track my shipment?

Check the tracking timeline on your booking detail page. You can access it from your dashboard by clicking on the booking reference.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cryptocurrency payments (USDT, BTC, ETH). Payment details are provided after you submit your booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel DRAFT or PENDING bookings from the booking detail page. Once a payment is confirmed, please contact support for cancellation.

How long is my payment hold?

Payment holds last 45 minutes by default (configurable by admin). If the hold expires, the booking returns to DRAFT status.

What documents do I need?

Invoice and packing list. You can upload them on the booking detail page after your booking is created.
